Talsa participated in the IFFA 2025 trade fair in Frankfurt, where it presented its new Cutter K205s Suprem machine.

Talsa attended this trade fair from May 3rd to 8th, the world’s leading international meeting for the meat sector, covering the entire meat and alternative protein processing, packaging, and sales market.

TALSA has attended this trade fair for many years and opens new markets for its meat industry machinery.

IFFA has an international presence, having more than 60% of its exhibitors from abroad. It offers a comprehensive overview of the sector, bringing together the main international buyers of meat industry equipment and machinery.

Advantages at a glance

Stainless steel frame

  • Very robust construction, heavy machine, approximate 3000 kg
  • Completely stainless: entire frame, external and internal, in AISI304 stainless steel, as well as all possible hardware and components.
  • Low height of the bowl, for a more comfortable use.
  • Adjustable, stainless steel machine feet, non-slip and vibration absorbing.
  • Very solid, 350 kg cast stainless steel bowl, with outer rim to prevent liquids or dough from spilling.

  • Control panel with large 15” Schneider Electric digital touch screen, all information displayed simultaneously and in large size.
  • Motorized stainless-steel knife lid for effortless lifting and lowering.
  • Interactive recipes, can be stored and executed directly on the machine’s screen. Standard in TalsaControl 4.0
  • Transparent noise protection cover with automatic decrease of knife speed.
  • Completely stainless: entire frame, external and internal, in AISI304 stainless steel, as well as all possible hardware and components.

Cutting mechanics 

  • Large diameter knife shaft, very reliable, with advanced quality bearings and seals for high rpm
  • Hygienic labyrinth in knife head to prevent dough from entering the shaft.
  • Lower cavity of stainless-steel lid with removable separation plate to expand or compress the work-space of the knives.

Easy cleaning

  • Removable lid/bowl friction band.
  • Removable bowl rim scraper.
  • Bowl with drain plug for liquids
